It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a new business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Maybe you need a place to host a strategy session. Or, maybe you have a client project due next week and you need a space to knock it out.
Rae Loft offers a unique, low cost coworking atmosphere where you can stretch out, hunker down, and expand your network.
We offer an introductory level Coworking experience where you will be working at folding plastic 6 foot tables, or antique wooden wedding tables. You may choose any spot in the venue and are not assigned a long term desk. Desks can not be reserved overnight.
The space is available Monday through Thursday:
Monday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday: 8:00 am - 10:00 pm
Wednesday: 8:00 am - 10:00 pm
Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
All memberships, no matter the days per week, give you access to the following amenities:
Unique access door code.
Access Monday - Thursday to the space (use the scheduler to avoid overcrowding).
Use of kitchenette space and dishes, microwave, toaster oven, and flatware.
Coffee & tea service.
Game shelf.
Lounge furniture.
Photography station (natural light): Need to photograph some products? Need to capture that perfect headshot?
Copy-Print-Scanner station: with paper, stapler, hole punch, cutter, laminator…etc.

Projector area for testing presentations
Cafe style bistro and cocktail tables
Sound System (only available if you are alone - as a courtesy to your Co-workers).

Fun Stuff: Join us for a Networking Happy Hour each last Tuesday Night of the month from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Bring a friend! This event is 21+ only and free to attend. Our standard bar menu (drinks and snacks as well as non-alcoholic items are available for purchase).
Please note, setting up the bar will generate some noise between 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm.

Why is the Co-Working not available on Fridays?
Rae Loft is a traditional event venue, and has celebration bookings Friday - Sundays, each week. We need time to transform the space each week from a coworking environment into an event venue.
Cool! Can I have an event during the day with my Coworking Membership?
No - that defeats the purpose of our main mission, values, and revenue avenues of our business. If you would like to book an event, please check out the Pricing & Amenities Tab on this website.
Noise Restrictions
Please be courteous of your Coworkers. Please take phone calls and video calls to one of the many soundproof phone booths in the building. They each have power for you to plug in a device, and there is ample wifi in each hallway. Join “Free Astound Wifi”.
Arrival and Departure Times
Please be mindful of the strict in and out times when entering your code to enter the space. Daytime memberships are available for use between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Meaning, you must clean your work station, dishes, and personal belongings out by 5:00 pm. Night time access for both Tuesday and Wednesday can be added for $9 per month. You must be cleared out by 10:00 pm so the cleaning crew can come in and do their thang!

Billed Monthly, due by the 1st of each month.
One Day Per Week: $25
Two Days Per Week : $35
Three Days Per Week: $45
Four Days Per Week: $55
Add Night Access (Two Days Per Week, Tuesday and Wednesday): $9
