If you have the need to find some used good quality wedding supplies like decorations, signs, or even a special occasion outfit, you can probably find it here on Sunday, May 18th from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Need to exchange or offload something cherished from your wedding or event? No problem! Bring it in labeled with your asking price ($0 - ??), your name, your phone number, and hang out to see if it sells!

Just in time for Wedding Season!

This wedding decor supply & formalwear exchange is 100% curated by YOU! It only has to offer what you bring to sell, gift, trade, barter, or offer. We have a full bar, food for purchase, and non-alcoholic drinks for purchase to enjoy while you shop, hang out, and meet like minded couples!

Here are some ideas on what you can exchange or find at this event.

Formal gowns (bridesmaids, brides, mother of the bride/groom evening)
Formal shoes
Formal menswear (suites, ties, hankies, fancy socks, vests, belts, etc)
Wedding Jewelry
Table top decor like candelabras, votives, chiffon runners, cheese cloth, plate chargers, table numbers, etc.
Wedding signs that are reusable (pick a side…gift table, enter here, wedding this way…etc).
Wedding decor extras (umbrellas, lighting, cameras, sign holders, baskets, tubs, card boxes, cake stands)
Dining ware: plates, flatware, glassware, napkin ring holders
Table linens
Table napkins
Picture frames
Vases
Baskets
Guest Favors
Fully bagged/enclosed rose petals or similar (nothing loose!)
Audio Visual Equipment (cameras, Instantax, photo booths, DJ booths, PA systems, karaokee systems…etc)
Other: Popcorn machines, shaved ice machine, steamers, professional garment racks, irons, bubble machines, extra bubbles or sparklers, etc).

Almost everything is accepted. Here is a list of items that will NOT be accepted.

Loose leaf or dried florals or plants and petals

Fresh cut florals and greens
Food or drink of any kind
Styrofoam of any kind - just nope

Tables for you to display and set out your items - garage sale style!
Friendly old dog named Kevin
A full bar (only 21+ access to the bar, please) with drinks available for purchase
Snacks available for purchase
Non alcoholic drinks available for purchase
Games to play while you wait
Full ADA accessibility to venue and bathrooms
Free street parking surrounding building
Elevator
Cart/Wagon - first come first served for loading and unloading purposes only
The Rules:
Load in of your items begins at 12:30 pm and the exchange begins at 1:00 pm. Please, do not leave your items unattended.
Please provide your own item labels - we will not supply them.
First come first served. It’s better to not hold or reserve items for people.
Bartering and haggling is okay!
Tables and chairs are first come first served. But DO NOT DRAG the tables on our floors - you will be billed for damage if you scratch our beautiful hardwoods. Pick up the items to move them.
Don’t take our stuff. This is a full service wedding venue and there are items out to decorate the space 24/7.
Don’t steal anyone’s things - that’s not cool. You will be under camera surveillance.
Children ages 20 and under may not access the bar.
You can bring bags or boxes for people to use when they buy your stuff.
Do not leave any items behind. This is a leave no trace event, meaning you must remove everything you brought in with you including boxes, packaging, bags, labels, and more. If you leave a mess, you are responsible for cleaning it up and will be asked to do so.
No outside food or drink - this space has a fully operational bar.
