Focusing on LOVE in Portland

** Wow - Welcome to year 3 already!

Thanks for joining us. When I first started Rae Loft, my vision was to cultivate an approachable community space with a feminine and bohemian feel, capturing light, creativity, and emotion all under one roof. 2 full years later, I'm proud to say that our reputation precedes us, and we’ve built a community space for a multitude of event styles, organizations, groups, and identities. We're excited that year three poses more opportunities to continue to expand the horizons into more unique gatherings. We are unapologetically outspoken. We are unapologetically different.

We’d like to invite you to check out how we are centering love during the month of March. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, now. The world is too much right now. We all need more reasons to spread love and share joy with one another. One way we are doing that is to celebrate our second year hosting the PDX Alt Wed Fair on March 28th. We intentionally focus this event on highlighting unique wedding pros and small independent businesses who need a bit more light shone on them. (And who may not be backed by larger corporate investors.)

We want to connect couples celebrating their love and their engagement with wedding pros who offer something that disrupts the traditional and stringent wedding traditions we’ve all been brainwashed to believe are necessary in our culture. We aim to challenge the norm and introduce our LGBTQ+, BIPOC and Small Alternative Businesses to people looking for something outside the box! Love looks different for everyone, so why can’t your wedding?
